To all SVCC Members:
I would like to remind you that our annual Presentation Evening will be held on 30th November at The George Pub in Nettlebridge. There will be a buffet meal, which will cater for gluten-free and vegetarian diets. Once again, the club has agreed to subsidise the cost of the meal. Therefore, the charge to members and their family will be £8.00 per head. Others will be welcome but will be charged the full £10.00 per head. Tea and coffee is included in the price.
The evening will start at 7.15 for 7.45pm. There will not be a separate bar in the function room but drinks can be purchased from the main bar.
We now need to confirm numbers as soon as possible. If you have not already done so, please make payments – to any committee member – by Monday 4 November. Please note that places cannot be reserved unless payment is made by this deadline.
Please can I also remind trophy holders that all trophies must be returned to Bike-It as soon as possible.
