Ian and James are, bruises and sprains aside, OK!

Following a tangling of bikes and an argument with the wing-mirror of a parked, innocent van, I’m pleased to report that I and Ian are, generally speaking, OK.

Ian has a sprained shoulder that is in a sling but should heal quickly. I have a big bruise on my forearm as a war-wound.

Many thanks for the various messages. I’ll be back on the horse in 2 weeks’ time after my holiday…
